The schedule is not set in stone, and is to help prevent overtraining. High Intensity Boot Camp Training needs periodic breaks to help the body and the mind recover.

Phase #3-- March 15th to April 9th Transistion week: April 10th- April 18th
Phase #4-- April 19th- May 14th Transistion week: May 15th- May 24th
Phase #5-- May 24th- June 18th* Transition week: June 19th- June 27th
